Abstract

Nowadaintaining a good image and the public's approval is essential for companies. For this, the companies need to find a way to monitor their approval level to keep it at an acceptable level. This way, their product/service becomes more relevant among the growing market and the many similar options, making it essential for companies. This article exposes the designing and creation of a simple device that will collect the opinion of the clients about a product/service and then send it to a cloud storage server where the data will be classified and organized in a graphic method to ease the analysis of the results. In the development of the device, a few simple designs were devised. Push buttons were used as the primary input method, and another with touch sensors; to perform data storage and forwarding functions. A Particle Photon was used as a development board, and finally, the free cloud storage service Ubidots was used for cloud storage.
