Abstract

The initial training of the Bachelor in Primary Education aspires to a professional prepared to experience and solve the problems of the elementary school that are presented in the development of the social service, the present research has as essential purpose to contribute to the development of the ability to diagnose in the development of the social service. The design is a methodological guide, it constitutes the theoretical contribution of the same, which enriches the treatment of the general and particular professional skills from the pedagogical ability to diagnose, in the formation of teachers. The methodology is based on a coherent and pedagogical model. The result is expressed in relation to the multilateral character of the formative process and the professional's way of acting as a unit; dynamizing the development of the ability to diagnose and reconceptualization of the development of the social service, through the new forms of non-state management of work by having a ductile, enterprising, constant and harmonious character. In conclusion, the experience of the triad teacher-educatee-work entity tutor, direct link between school-community-work entity, in the Bachelor in Primary Education; the identification of their professional interests for mastery and implementation of service learning from the career they are pursuing, are the basis of the professional process.
